Independence Day

The 72nd Indonesia’s Independence Day Celebration was the first Independence Day Celebration in Millennia World School. Students, parents, teachers and staff celebrated it in high spirit together.

The Independence Day Ceremony was conducted in a little bit different manner than usual. The students and staff reenacted the scenario of independence. The ambience at the time was probably the same as it must have been 72 years ago. After the ceremony, some students lit the bamboo cannon that they had made MakerSpace as part of the theme of our first block. There also were some games, competitions, traditional snacks and festivities which everyone enjoyed.
